Beautification of Ankleshwar town will be done
The Ankleshwar municipality has decided to spend Rs 45 crore to renovate, beautify, broaden and strengthen city’s roads.
The funds will be used for reconstruction of proper drainage system, cleanliness of city with dust machines, wall to wall flooring, and paver blocks on the side of main roads, proper dividers and removal of encroachments of the town.
The real estate of Surat is developing rapidly in Ankleshwar and proper broad roads and drainage system became essential for the town.
The municipality has divided the amount for the betterment of the town. Rs three crore are going to be spent on road development project and Rs 2 crore is in the pipeline.
On both sides of roads, the municipality has planted suitable trees under public participation project and handed over the responsibility of each tree to the roadside shopkeepers.
Work for drinking water pipelines will start in June and will be completed in short period. About 65 electric polls with white snow lights are installed on all the main roads of the city while high mask lights are installed on the entry and exit points of Ankleshwar.
This will be a complete makeover project for the Ankleshwar town.
