Begur Road witnesses 75% growth in residential values
Presently, Begur Road has been witnessing an increase in capital values of multi-storey apartments. In January- March 2013 quarter, the area has seen over 75% increase in capital values when compared to October-December 2012 quarter.
Begur Road is around 7kms from Electronic City and around 3kms from Bommanahalli Circle, supporting the NICE corridor connecting both Hosur Main Road and Bannerghatta Road.
This area has also witnessed growth in high-end and mid-segment properties. Several upper mid-segment apartments and high-end layouts have mushroomed along the Begur Road.
Till few years ago, only local builders used to develop projects and sell properties in this area. The basic selling price at that time was Rs 2,500- 2,800 per sq ft. But, after the announcement made by government to widen Begur road by 200 sq ft, many real estate biggies entered the market.
Begur road has witnessed many residential launches by reputed builders such as SNN Group, Artha Group and DLF. Developers, who have launched their projects at Rs 3,000-3,300 per sq ft, are now retailing at more than Rs 4,500 per sq ft.
Begur Road is considered an end-user driven market. The region has been developing continuously and so does the market.
Classic Paradise Layout, Begur Woods Layout, Deo Heights, Vishwapriya Nagar and Akshaya Nagar. DLF New Town and Hiranandani Upscale and SNN Raj Serenity are the major residential projects launched in the vicinity of Begur Road.
