Bhopal’s Rajeev Gandhi College hosts ‘Investor Awareness Program’
An ‘Investor Awareness Program’ was recently organized at Rajeev Gandhi College, Bhopal. The program – which chiefly focused on addressing the grievances of investors and spreading financial literacy – was organized by One Stop Investment Services Vision Advisory, together with Next Level.
The program comprised presentations by the Vision Advisory experts, along with films and reviews highlighting the various aspects of stock market activities, equity, debt, gold, and real estate. In addition, the program also focused on the general safeguards for investors and the related Do’s and Don’ts.
About the program, Vision Advisory’s Managing Director Pradeep Karambelkar said that the key objective behind the program was to make the investors well-versed with the tricks of the trade.
Highlighting the fact that the existing market conditions have put the Mutual Fund industry into a rather tough phase at present, Karambelkar urged the investors to be vigilant while making investments in the Mutual fund industry.
Karambelkar, who also addressed the queries of the attendees of the program during an interactive section, said that the SEBI monitoring authority can help safeguard the interests of the investors, provided that investments have been made in accordance with proper procedures.
Karambelkar also laid special emphasis on the significance of corporate governess while selecting a specific company at the time of making investment decision.
