BRC Infra launches premium residences in Hyderabad
A premium residential gated community, BRC Sri Hemadurga Sivhills at Manikonda, has been launched by RC Infra, a Hyderabad-based real estate developer.
The Rs 300-crore project, funded partly by promoters and financial institutions.
The project has seven blocks with 742 apartments and 12 floors in each block which has three and four bedroom apartments. A two bedroom flat will be sized between 1,230 sq ft and 1,410 sq ft, three-bedroom between 1,575 sq ft and 1,755 sq ft and four-bedroom between 1,700 sq ft and 2,000 sq ft.
Walking and jogging track amphitheater, swimming pool and clubhouse are the amenities provided.
The price will be Rs 2,600 per sq ft for the first 50 customers. It is located in the main highway and nearby business hubs like Madhapur and Gachibowli.
