Builders hire specialized profiles
Indian real estate has been witnessing a major downturn in property sales which is making the developers to look around for specialized profiles that can handle more work and clear off the inventories.
Realtors are planning to hire personnel such as cost managers, technical auditors, legal experts, energy efficiency specialists, quality surveyors, and construction project managers.
Brigade Group is in quest of a second COO of projects, who can focus on operational issues and a technical auditor, an automation specialist and more.
Raheja Developers, a Delhi-based real estate company, has formed verticals where each team looks at a particular project in order to closely watch the business. Marathon Nextgen Realty, Mumbai-based Company, has hired Hay Group to monitor the business.
