Builders of Maharashtra will showcase all effects of government’s policies
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) has decided to seek details of various approved projects and the amount of revenue earned by the state government.
By this way the builders association want to show the government how much loss they are incurring due to different clearance policies.
According to the builders association, due to the slow approval process the project cost is increasing as well as government is losing its revenue.
In a press release issued by the builders association, it is mentioned that because of the new redevelopment regulation, the state has lost an opportunity to construct about 1 lakh affordable housing projects in Mumbai.
