Builders to stage a protest!
The delay in approvals for construction projects has annoyed the builders across India so much that they have decided to stage a protest.
The president of confederation of real estate developers association of India (CREDAI) say that a day long strike has been planned if the demands are not met.
Also, it has been observed that there is no coordination between the departments of government and therefore there is delay in the approval.
This initiative has come into light only after Maharashtra Chambers of Housing Industry (MCHI) canceled three property exhibitions which was scheduled previous month.
Follow up to this, MCHI has warned state government to cease construction activities if the builder’s grievances are failed to redress.
