Some of the localities in the central Hyderabad area which still rule the roost in terms of the city’s real estate include Dilsukh Nagar, Malakpet and Saidabad. These localities have the maximum number of residential properties, with costs ranging between Rs 20 lakh to Rs 60 lakh.
The magnetism of the central Hyderabad area as an attractive property destination is apparently rooted in the fact that mentioned localities boast a well-established social and physical infrastructure.
In addition, the mentioned localities of central Hyderabad are also replete in shopping arcades, multiplexes, as well as reputed educational institutions and hospitals. These localities also have expedient connectivity to different parts of Hyderabad via road as well as rail.
The biggest attraction of the main central Hyderabad localities is that despite the countless advantages they offer, their costs are still quite affordable as compared to the other areas of the city.
Explaining the reason behind the ‘affordability’ aspect of the central Hyderabad localities, Soukhya Realtors’ Shanker Reddy said: “The city has been developing towards the west due to the IT revolution being concentrated there. Thus, all new developments are coming up towards the western belt. Locations in Old Hyderabad had sprung up in an unorganised manner while the west is more planned.”
