CHD launches ‘Vann’ group housing project in Sector 71, Gurgaon
A new group housing project has recently been launched by North India-based realty promoter CHD Developers in Sector 71, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. The project – targeting the upper mid-segment income group – is called ‘Vann’
Sprawling over a total land area of 10.54 acres, the Vann group housing project will offer nearly 600 apartments and duplexes, in the form 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK units; all of which will be Vastu-compliant.
The apartments will be sized 1,257 sq ft for 2BHK units; around 1,670-1,941 sq ft for 3BHK units; and 2,560-2,330 sq ft for 4BHK units. The 3- and 4-bedroom duplexes will be sized between 1,870 and 2,924 sq ft. At present, the booking price is at Rs 6,650 per sq ft.
Some of the main amenities offered at the Vann residential project will include a club with a swimming pool; a poolside gym and bistro; a yoga-cum-meditation centre; a reflexology park; outdoor fitness area; jogging track; special kids’ zone; tennis court; cricket pitch; and mini football zone.
Revealing that the construction of the residential units at the Vann project will commence “immediately after the licences are in place, and much before the sales begin;” CHD Developers’ COO Ravi Saund said: “Construction of the entire project will be taken up in one go and not in piecemeal. To ensure timely delivery, the project will be handed over to two contractors… We intend to deliver Vann in May 2018.”
