Chennai: Ceebros launches multi-storeyed residential project ‘Atlantic’ at Egmore
A plush new multi-storeyed residential project – called the ‘Atlantic’ – has been launched by Ceebros at Egmore. The Atlantic residential project will span across a land area of approximately 1.6 acres, at a location where there was initially a hotel of the same name.
Announcing the launch of the Atlantic residential project, Ceebros Group’s Managing Director C Subba Reddy told the media that the new project will house a total of 160 luxury apartments, which will be hosted in two 18-storey towers.
The apartments at the Atlantic project will be 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK units, priced between Rs 1.5 crore to Rs 4.5 crore; which, according to Reddy, is a ‘fast moving price bracket.’
The size of the Atlantic residential project compact, modern-day apartments – which will be equipped with all luxury specifications and amenities of contemporary apartment-style living – will range from 1,350 sq. ft to nearly 2,600 sq. ft. The apartments will be designed by renowned US architects SRS.
The design of the Atlantic residential project is different from the other residential complexes in the sense that the apartments will be available from the third floor onwards, because there will be four levels of car parking — basement, ground floor, first floor, and second floors.
