Chennai: SARE Homes and ICICI signs for a special scheme

SARE HomesChennai- A memorandum of Association has been signed between SARE Homes and ICICI bank. Under this agreement the bank will offer special finance schemes for the real estate developers for the two upcoming projects.

SARE Homes (South Asian real estate) has invested in seven integrated projects in major cities in India namely, Gurgaon, Amritsar, Ghaziabad and Chennai. They generally focus on the middle class income group by offering quality, community-housing at strategically identified locations across India.

In this special scheme of the association, customers will have a option to pay 20 percent of the booking amount for an apartment. This offer would be available for a limited period only. The advantage of this scheme is that price would not be increased on any solid units. It may escalate in there is any change in area.

The upcoming two projects are SARE Crescent Par C and SARE Meadow Ville. SARE Crescent Par C is situated at the IT Corridor of Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai . This residential project in Chennai is a part of a 112-acre upcoming residential township. The price of units begins from Rs. 38.5 lakh onwards.

SARE Meadow Ville situated at Thiruporur by-pass between highway on East Coast Road (GST) offers different types of expandable Villas in the second phase of development. The price of these Villas starts from Rs 32.5 lakh onwards. Villas are Vaastu complaint and are spacious too.

Few amenities include clubhouse with a swimming pool and a gymnasium, uninterrupted power supply, round-the-clock security, a fully air-conditioned community hall and children’s playgrounds etc. Features include security grills, master bedroom with balcony, privacy-design for all bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with storage and many more.
