Cidco opens plots in Navi Mumbai for schools for PAPs
The parents and students have been given a reason to cheer as the City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) will be providing 15 plots for the news schools in the first phase. The schools will having classes from the primary level to Std X and Std XII. The provisions have been made for the schools for the Project Affected People (PAPs) while they have been formulating the allotment process.
Kamothe has been given four plots, followed by Kharghar with three plots. The remaining plots have been distributed all across the city nodes. More English and vernacular medium schools are being expected to be built. The new policy that has been a marking system to award the plots have around four different categories of applicants in which around three plots have been kept exclusively for the PAP trust.
The 10 plots have been kept for allotments which are open for PAPs and general category. If any PAP trust applies and qualifies the six of these plots then they will stand to get extra 10 marks. This will help in developing the educational infrastructure in our country and help in bettering the system.
