Civic projects lying incomplete
The BMC said that due to lack of technical issues many civic projects are lying incomplete, so they decided to form a technical advisory committees (TAC) for most of its departments.
Sitaram Kunte, Bhrihanmumbai Minicipal Corporation chief had decided to form such committees for education, water, sewage and solid waste management departments.
These types of divisions are necessary for the BMC. Every single TAC will probably encompass professionals, ex-social authorities, and some activists. The civic body is additionally thinking about having foreign professionals and may present inputs by means of video clip conferencing.
Members for the solid waste management department TAC have been finalised as said by BMC officials. The first meeting for TAC will be held in the first week of December.
Several tasks like the water management, phase II of the sewage disposal project, dumping ground are pending due to deficiency of instruction and guidance.
