Clarity lacks over SC’s order on Bangalore Housing Society Layout
The Bangalore City Co-operative Housing Society (BCCHS) Layout which had being in legal case for 25 years has come out of the legal course finally!
Back in 1987, the society had thought of developing a layout in the area which required 1,791 plots out of total 201 acres of land.
Prior to the land acquisition process, few people protested and took legal course to get back their properties.
Many residents of BCCHS Layout at Vajarahalli on Kanakapura Road who had invested in the plots for constructing houses were in for a surprise.
The Supreme Court has now directed the government to hand over the land to owners which found faults in forming the BCCHS Layout.
Many projects near the area are H L Villas, Concorde Napa Valley, Kristal Dolomite, Dreamz Sweekar, Sobha Sunscape, Mantri Serenity and many more.

All Site Owners,
The latest supreme court verdict is misleading and ignores interests of the site owners. Its our imperative to fight for justice. We need to organize ourselves into an association and fight to save our property. If we do not come together then we will all loose our property.
We will call for a meeting soon, please inform all members of the above group.
Regards,
