CommonFloor launches 1st TV campaign

An amazing and amusing new TV campaign – dubbed ‘No Darr Find Ghar’ – has recently been launched by real estate and apartment management portal Commonfloor.com.

The campaign has been conceptualised by JWT. The entertaining narrative is based on a comic 1980s Hindi movie horror movie, and it essentially aims at helping people overcome the fear of making decision related to property investments.

The ‘No Darr. Find Ghar’ TV commercial essentially unfolds the crazy story of a couple that ends up searching a house in an unknown location, with a ghost as their house owner. To come out of the eerie situation, the husband is then shown to use the CommonFloor mobile app.

The commercial chiefly highlights some of the key benefits of using the CommonFloor.com property portal. These benefits include a wide array of property options, accurate information about all properties, comprehensive insights, easy-to-use tools and innovative technology.
