The rise in cost of rental properties happed as many individuals migrated to Indore for their service and they always tries to stay near the work place.
However some city residents also feel that living in outlying areas keeps them away from hustle and bustle of the city.
A one BHK apartment is priced above Rs 6,000 per month while an approximate figure of Rs 12,000 required for a 2 BHK apartment, which is too expensive in the market of Indore.
