Credai assures Noida flat buyers

1 Comment Sub Category:Delhi-NCR,Residential Real Estate Posted On: Sep 05, 2012

Realtors’ body, The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) assured flat buyers that its members would not charge any extra money from the existing home buyers in Noida Extension area.

The assurance came from Amrapali Chairman and Managing Director Anil Sharma.

CREDAI response comes after Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (NEFOWA) had last week refused to pay the hike in rate as was being proposed by various firms.

In Noida Extension, about 2.5 lakh homes were being developed by prominent developers like Amrapali and Gaursons among others. Of all the flats nearly 1.5 lakh flats have already been sold.
