CREDAI Bangalore talks about Real Estate Scenario
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) speaks about the present situation of the real estate in Bangalore. The officials claim that the north part of Bangalore is fast growing compared to the other cities. The commercial buildings in the city are talked off which comes in a faster pace and the buildings infrastructure is also planned well off. The mechanization still prevails in terms of the residential buildings.
The advantages for the builders is that, the under-constructed buildings are being purchased in a rapid range compared to the constructed buildings. The reason behind the purchase of under construction buildings is that the residents get an option of customizing their space before using them and also the payment options would hardly burden them as there is split payment options availed.
The rentals in the city are affordable and every property buyer feels as an end-user. Good connectivity has been seen in the Bangalore city with Multi National Companies and also Eastern suburbs. The property buying is still advisable in Bangalore city midst of prevailing marketing situations and post recessions says Shankar Sastri the joint managing director of Sterling Developers Pvt Ltd and secretary of CREDAI.
