DDA and DTC to meet for land allotment issue

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) have told the Delhi High Court that the row over allotment of land for shifting the 50-acre Millennium bus depot will be resolved soon. In a meeting that was held last Thursday by the Delhi chief secretary on the issue of allotment of land was attended by DDA officials. The issue of allotment of land at Karkari More is expected to be resolved through the meeting.

The counsel for DTC told the court of Justice VK Shali regarding the meeting on Wednesday. It has not yet been confirmed as what measures have been discussed in the meeting, but the issue on the allotment of the land has been discussed. The shifting if the bus depot needs to be done as quickly as possible this is why the authorities are taking charge so that the land allotment could be done as soon as possible.

Only after this matter is solved will the work see further progress, else the matter can get delayed.
