DDA’s re-auctioning scheme went successful
Total number of 23 sites has been disposed by the Delhi Development Authority in the first ever re auctioning scheme was said by the urban body. The total number of 35 parking sites, 18 kiosks and four restaurants were put to an auction which had begun on the 16th of July and went on till four days. The re auctioning scheme has been very successful.
A total number of around 55 bids were received for the kiosks and parking sites as said by DDA. In the case of kiosks, out of eight bids have received, six bidders have been successful in the case of parking sites, 47 bids were received and around 17 of them were successful. In t the case of parking sites, 47 bids were received and around 17 of them have been successful.
The response has been over all very good considering that the earlier attempts to auction its properties during the last two years have not been very successful, the DDA told. The authority has previously also hold auctions but this was the first time that the auction had received a very good response from the auctioneers.
