Defaulter companies under constant watch

No Comments Sub Category:Municipality,Realty News Posted On: Dec 19, 2011

Companies in Indore are no longer orphan and are under constant vigil by the industry department.

The defaulter companies that have not worked as per the rules of the department are to lose their land.

The flouting of norms include not initiating any work on the land allotted to them or selling the plots to other investors.

A total of 26 organisations have faced the fate of serving the notice given by Audyogik Vikas Nigam (AKVN). The land allotted was approximately 3 lakh square feet on which no business has started yet.
