Delhi Development Authority finally Allotted Flats

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Housing Scheme has announced to allotment the flats to the owners who have already booked them. The 2010 applicants are soon expected to get their flats by the end of this year.  The demand and the allotment letters has been sent to the houses of the allotted members and for the people who have applied flats in sector – 9, 28 are likely to be receiving in near future. One of the DDA official reported saying that  the verification process has been received and completed and few infrastructure works are yet to be completed. The non- operation of the lifts are being processed.

The flat members have already been informed abut the left over work in the flats through the letters distributed by the concerned officials of DDA flats. DDA Housing Department are holding a review meeting in concern with the allotment procedures and the officials claim that the meeting will serve the purpose of it and soon the flats will be allotted to the people. The verification of the allotted members was the major draw back for the delay of the flats, claims one of the DDA official.
