Delhi HC to check previous orders of Savitri Complex for final decision

After the petition filed by the GK-II residents’ welfare association (RWA), Delhi High Court has maintained to check previous orders of Savitri Complex before giving final order.
The final conclusion will be for the opening of the cinema complex.
The Bench stated that it will seek all the previous order and decisions and then it can finally conclude to the point.
Earlier, the RWA had alleged that its opening will lead to traffic problems near the locality.
