Delhi High Court to stop Monitoring Illegal Constructions

In New Delhi the high court has stopped investigating the unauthorized buildings in the city capital. Ajay Arora reported saying that since the time court started the monitoring committee, the concerned civic bodies are taking further steps and has has retrieved the value of land. However, the monitoring agency denied the illegal constructions that is never ending and also that the concerned court cannot be burned every time for every newly held illegal possessions.

Justice Pradeep Nadrajog and Sunil Gaur disposed over the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed by an NGO regarding frequent cases over the builders and the individual petitioners have yet served any purpose till date. The High Court is taking tough time filing case against the builders when the builders are busy seeking fresh legal gateways. The High Court has transfered the responsibilty of the illegal checking to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
