Delhi & NCR: Greater Noida authority officials clarified that no land was allotted for any particular community
On Monday the Greater Noida authority clarified that it had not allotted land to any developer to sell apartments to members of only one particular community. The Greater Noida authority does not make decisions based on caste, creed or community and this allegation is baseless. The realtor also washed his hands of the controversy and now wants to maintain a clean image before the festival season sale starts.
Rama Raman the chief executive officer (CEO) of the Greater Noida Authority, said an FIR may be lodged against Adarsh Group for “cheating innocent buyers by making false promises”. However the Greater Noida Authority has not allotted any land to Adarsh Group which was meant for any particular section of the society.
The market is abuzz with the news that Adarsh Group has claimed that it is launching a project for a particular community.Any builder with such a name has got no land to launch a group housing project. Raman also mentioned that their master plan does not allow us to approve building map of any religious structure in group housing. He also clarified that the Greater Noida authority does not approve of such a project for a particular community as it is against their norms.
However now the developer has to clear its image as the real estate sector is showing the signs of revival and they cannot miss the bandwagon of the festive sale due to this reputation.
