Delhi NCR to see realty growth post Diwali
Delhi NCR- An increased positive growth of realty sector is expected in Delhi NCR, post Diwali as there will be more home buyers of about 10-15% when compared to the previous quarter.
In the past eight months, the residential sales fell by about 40% in NCR and the coming months will witness a change as most of the developers will be able to sell away their residential and commercial stock due to the festive season. However, the property values also witnessed a stable to marginal appreciation in the Delhi NCR sub-markets in the past two quarters.
The key factor for a slow growth of the sector is the withdrawal of potential investors from the market owing to the economic uncertainty. Adding on to it is the Dwarka Expressway which is taking off with the revival of Noida Extension. This is eventually adding an array of residential options with innumerable price brackets to the end users and investors.
The property value has increased in areas like Rohini, Dwarka, Mayur Vihar, Indirapuram and Noida Extension and others and are expected to continue the same.
