Delhi NCR to witness increased property prices

property  pricesNew Delhi-  A report released by the Knight Frank Investment Advisory, stated that due to the increased property prices ranging from Rs. 3,200 per sq ft to Rs 15,000 per sq ft, there will be an increase in the property buying with real estate acting as a promising asset in the coming years.

Mumbai leading the first and Delhi NCR being the second biggest residential market will be the most promising real estate destinations. However, Noida Extension and Dwarka Expressway are not far from behind gaining the fourth and the fifth position in the country.

According to the report there will be a price rise of about Rs 6,760 per sq feet by 2017 in Noida followed by Dwarka Expressway fetching returns of about 108 percent in the coming years.

The current situation in NCR realty market will increase the capital values in the micro markets in the coming years. About 30-60 percent of price increase is expected in South Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. There are innumerable factors responsible for the increase of property prices in all the cities ranging from proximity to developing infrastructure.
