Delhi NCR witnesses boom in real estate
Real estate sector of Delhi NCR remained upward in 2012. Places such as Gurgaon , Faridabad, Noida and Greater Noida witness new launches in the first quarter 2013 and have grown as the new residential areas.
Land Craft Developers said that after getting good response for their two projects – River Heights in Raj Nagar Extension and Golf Links, they are planning to launch the second phase of the both projects soon.
The projects offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments and is set to launch in Feb-March 2013. The built up area of the River Heights varies from 1,035-1,665 sq ft and the built up area of Golf Links varies from 1,135 to 2,700 sq ft. These projects are priced Rs 30 lakh onwards.
Paras Buildtech have launched a new project Paras Dew in Gurgaon. This project is a high end project which offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments along with penthouses. The built up area of 2 BHK apartments ranges from 1,385 sq ft while 3BHK units are available in 1,665 sq ft, 1,760 sq ft and 1,900 sq ft sizes. They have kept an option open for 4BHK category (2,275 sq ft) while penthouses are larger with 4,500 sq ft area., which makes it a luxurious project in Gurgaon.
MG Housing Group has launched its new project Mulbery County in January. They are planning to come up with one more new project, Nadeem Husaini.
