In the notice sent it was clearly mentioned that if the building owners do not act accordingly even after getting the notice, the BMC will file FIR against the owners of the buildings and make them pay for the loses if any accidents take place.

The commissioner said that they are working on a plan to take out as well as re-construct dilapidated structures before any accident happens. The market was established in 1960′s and there are over 10,000 shops in it.
