DMRC will construct 3 bridges in Delhi region
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will be entrusted the construction work of three main bridges in the proposed four-lane Moolampilly-Chattanad Road. The road will be 4.5 km long.
The Principal Advisor of the agency is expected to visit the sites for a detailed study. The Goshree Islands Development Authority has decided to entrust the work to construct the 22-m-wide road to the DMRC.
The three bridges include Moolampilly-Pizhala bridge, Pizhala-Valiakadamakudy bridge and Valiakadamakudy-Chattanad bridge.
The panchayat of Kadamakudy will be benefited from the bridges as it will be linked with the Container Terminal Road. The final clearance for the project is awaited from the Environment Ministry
