Earthquake tremors felt in India

Bangalore, Chennai, Tirupati, Guwahati and Kolkata and other cities in the eastern coast felt mild earthquake tremors on 11th of April.

The tremors were due to an 8.9 richter scale earthquake reported in Indonesia.

The tremors were felt twice- once in the afternoon 2 pm and another at 4 pm.

After the tremors, one of the metro trains in MG Road Bangalore was stopped for time being and people were witnessed running out of high rise building for their safety.

Furthermore, it has been forecasted that this is a warning of Tsunami which has been issued to around 28 countries.
