Ecology of Himachal Pradesh are destroying by real estate projects

1 Comment Sub Category:Cities,Realty News Posted On: Apr 23, 2012

The natural resources like forests are abolished in  Himachal Pradesh by the construction of real estate projects.

The wild animals are suffering from the reduction of the forests and the water resources along with the aquatic fauna are threatening by the dumping muck and debris into the riverside and its streams.

The commission has recommended the withdrawal of the Himachal Pradesh Apartment and Property Regulation Act of 2005.

The commission also asked the government not to grant permission for construction of resorts in the river side as they will pollute the river and create flood threat in the future.

Builders are creating concrete jungles and spoiling the forested environment of the state. Hence in the report, the committee suggested to withdraw the previous act and to regulate the real estate development in Himachal Pradesh.
