Evocon launches luxury project in Chennai
Evocon, a group company owned by Chennai-based VIP Housing, has recently launched Space Aura, a residential apartment project at Navalur, OMR, Chennai’s IT corridor.
The project covers an area of 1.17 acres will offer 76 luxurious residential apartments. The project offers apartments comprising 2BHKs and 3BHKs of sizes ranging between 854 sq ft and 1,577 sq ft.
The initial launch price is Rs 3,750 per sq ft. It also includes lifestyle amenities like gym, indoor games, kids play area, landscaped gardens.
The location is an added advantage as leading IT companies, schools, colleges, multiplexes, malls and hotels are situated nearby.
