F-Crown a luxury residential project in Lucknow
Paris-based fashion channel Fashion TV tied up with the city-based builder New Modern Buildwell Private Limited (NMBPL) for F-Crown, a Luxury residential apartment in Lucknow.This is the fourth partnership of Fashion TV for branded residences in India, after collaboration with Nahar Group in Mumbai, Home & Soul in Delhi NCR and BrahmaCorp in Pune. F-Crown, homes are smart on all fronts and aimed at creating elevated lifestyles.
f-Crown project, an investment of Rs 1000 crore, will offer six categories of apartments of 3 BHK to 5 BHK ranging price of Rs 1.30 crore to Rs 3.70 crore and the completion of project is planned with a period of three to four years. The project is located in Sushant Golf City, neighborhood of Lucknow. The residents of f-Crown will be members of the Golf community which includes 18-hole Golf course and the Golf club within it.
