FIR against builder over water supply
Recently, Residents of an apartment complex in Gurgaon on Sector 55-56 road staged disapproval against the builder for not providing sufficient water regardless of charging high maintenance. For cheating of maintenance funds, police have charged the authorities.
As per the complaints of the residents they dint get water supply for three days and it spoilt their Holi celebrations. When the builder did not respond to their complaint they decided to protest. Soon police arrived at the spot and managed to convince the residents to call off the protest. Consequently residents filed a complaint against the builder. The colony is near HVPL substation on the Sector 55-56 road, which runs corresponding to Golf Course Road.
Ramesh Gupta, president of the RWA said, although it is one of the most upscale areas of the city but there is no water for the last three days. In spite of paying between Rs 350 and Rs 1,750 as maintenance charges but there is no assurance of uninterrupted water supply.
ASI Suresh Kumar said we have lodged an FIR against the manager as per the complaint, the vice-president and the management of the building under sections 406, 420 and 120b of the IPC.
