Fire at Gangotri apartment killed five
Five people were found dead at Gangotri apartment in Regent Park locality.
According to the residents of that locality, a fire broke out in the third floor of the apartment at around 2.30 am. They immediately informed the local Regent Park police station and three fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the flames.
Police found the bodies were badly charred inside a room.
The five people as reported as Supratim Bose (45), his wife Sangeeta (40), father Sudesh Bose (70) as well as two daughters, Sarani (20) and Saheli (16).
All the five bodies were charred beyond recognition. The police will look into all possible aspects of the case
