Five builders receive ultimatum to stop work from Noida Authority

No Comments Sub Category:Realty News Posted On: Sep 29, 2014

On Thursday the Noida authority has issued a 15-days ultimatum to the five builders and has asked them to stop work on their projects or they would face demolition, triggering panic among hundreds of homebuyers. The authority said the housing projects that are located in Bhangel Village near Sector 84 were not approved by the authorities. The realtors, on the other hand, said that they have got their building plans approved by the district panchayat.

The matter is getting worse as the buyers who have invested in the property are seeing the problem that is looming over this construction. The matter needs to be looked into and investigated, but as of now the builders have to address to what the Noida authority has to say them failing which legal actions can be carried on them.

According to the builders they have acquired permission from the district panchayat before starting the construction work, but whether this would be looked into seriously is being doubted. The matter will get clear within few days as expected.
