Five new projects in India will be launched by Puravankara
Puravankara Projects is planning to launch 5 new real estate projects in Financial Year 2013. The projects will be constructed in the cities of Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Mangalore and Mysore.
Puravankara is looking to sell 3 million square feet of projects in coming financial year. The company is also planning to utilize the demand for ready to move in apartments in various cities to increase its cash flows.
Puravankara group also planned to launch two projects in Bangalore under the Puravankara brand and one project in the Provident brand.
The builder is waiting for getting approval for a six million sq ft project.
They also planned to enter affordable range of apartment construction in Coimbatore, Mangalore and Mysore.
In spite of having Rs 1245 crore debt burden, the group is hopeful for the future planning of the project proposals.
Puravankara builders want to capture the demand for the ready to move properties in Bangalore and Kochi.
