Four important announcements for a required change in the realty sector

The NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken up responsibility of the country along with its economy and are now at the moment looking for all the possibilities of issues which have been plaguing the real estate sector of the country. Some of the issues which have been included in this are delayed project, legal quagmire, lack of funding the projects along with transparency shortfall. All of them are being addressed at the moment. The new government has also declared a mandate that is clear in terms of promoting houses that are not very expensive.

There are now hopes on behalf of the real estate industry of India that the current government shall be successful in establishing the country as a strong and economic force. Not just that, consumer confidence shall be increased and the policy paralysis that has made the economic growth stagnant shall be unravelled. In the budget which is coming up, the real estate sector has hopes that announcements shall be made on the new policies that are still pertaining. Some of the issues include plans to develop 100 smart cities, steps taken in order to handle inflation and giving preferential industry status to Housing.
