Garbage collection not a regular task in Nashik
Some of the most developed parts in Nashik is witnessing unpleasant views due to garbage.
These localities include Mahatma Nagar and areas along Gangapur Road and College Road in Nashik West.
The residents in the apartments in Nashik complaint that garbage collection vans show up irregularly and many complaints regarding the same has been made.
According to the garbage van complaints redressal cell of Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC), 44 complaints have been recorded from January 2011 to February 2012.
The local corporator has to say that since people are not aware of the redressal cell, the number of complaints registered were less than expected.
