Gaursons announces its new luxury residential project
With an investment of Rs500 crore, realty firm Gaursons is all set to announce its new luxury project in Greater Noida West called Gaur Sundaryam on Saturday. We will be investing Rs 500 crore in our project and it is spread over 18 acres, Gaursons Managing Director Manoj Gaur said.
Gaur said the project cost would be met from internal accruals and construction finders. The company announced its foray into the education sector and will open a school in its upcoming township at Noida Extension with an investment of about Rs 80 crore.

The Gaursons are similarly making their way strong by announcing this new property project which is going to be located in Greater Noida. The construction work will take some time but it is going to be a lavish project in the heart of Noida. In terms of connectivity also the project is in close proximity to NCR and other regions.
