Gera Developments and Sterling Developers launch Gera’s Child Centric Homes project in Bangalore
After having successfully launched the ‘Song of Joy’ project in Kharadi, Pune, earlier this year, Pune-based Gera Developments and Bangalore-based Sterling Developers have recently announced their latest joint venture — Gera’s Child Centric Homes (CCH) in Bangalore.
Sharing the details about Gera’s CCH, Gera developments and Sterling Developers said that the project will launched in the Varthur area. As per a statement by the companies, the cost of the project will begin from Rs 5,000 per square feet.
The project will chiefly target young home-buyers who are also working couples; particularly those who are either living in nuclear families with their children or are planning to start a family.
With the CCH concept development having been spearheaded by Gera Developments’ Managing Director Rohit Gera, the CCH project will help young give their children the best opportunities for growth and learning.
Revealing that Gera Developments and Sterling Developers have worked out alliances with India’s leading personalities for offering the best intellectual, physical and vocational coaching to children, Sterling Developers’ Chairman Raman Sastri said that the CCH project will unfold an opportunity “to learn from the best and grow in multiple dimensions.”
Sastri further added that the CCH project has been “conceptualised and designed to be a premium quality home with a world of opportunities for both parents and children to explore and enjoy an enriching journey.”
