Ghaziabad becoming a top realty destination
Ghaziabad is fast becoming one of the hot spots of real estate growth in India. The reason being concerted effort put up by Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA), UP Awas Vikas, the municipal authorities and various private developers to improve the social and physical infrastructure of the city

The city has witnessed an appreciation of 20-35 per cent in property prices in the last couple of years. Good infrastructure and easy connectivity to Delhi and other NCR cities like Meerut, Noida, and Gurgaon makes it a top destination for real estate sector. Also factors like new Metro line becoming operational and availability of cheaper options compared to Noida and Gurgaon’s real estate market have come into play.
The entire city is being laid with a network of flyovers and underpasses, which will ease pressure on existing traffic and added to the efficient civic bodies; commitment has come from the private developers to a large extent as in providing projects with luxurious lifestyle amenities like power backup, 24×7 water supply, clubhouse and swimming pools.
As a result, developers like SVP Group and Shipra Group are willing to invest in public-private partnership model with the local authorities.
