Ghaziabad Development Authority will demolish illegal constructions
Ghaziabad Development Authority have already sealed 170 flats in the Amrapali Village in Nyay Khand-II in Indirapuram for violating the building bylaws.
Now the authority is planning to conduct a survey to identify all illegal properties in Ghaziabad. After the completion of the survey, all such constructions will be demolished.
The survey program will be conducted in all the eight zones of the Ghaziabad. The authority is also conducting a physical verification drive of buildings across the city. The maps submitted by the builders are being checked by the authority teams.
The authority will go through guidelines mentioned in the book of law and deal with the matter against all the builders who overlook the law while constructing projects.
The buyers of apartments in Ghaziabad feels that, it is the responsibility of the authority to look at the map meticulously so that nothing could pass from under their supervision and chances of illegal construction could be contained.

I would like to know, when GDA is going to take action against illegal construction done by the owners of Gandhi Nagar, (GDA) flats, or if it is allowed by GDA against their request then please give the list of such flats.Because almost every flat owner ie A- Type, C-Type,and B-Type) has done illegal construction.
An early reply is expected.
Thanks
