GMC to resolve house tax objection
In the wake of over 50,000 objections raised by the residents regarding house tax, the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon has decided to deal with the issue finally.
The corporation is to hold meetings in a daily basis in which, they will be inviting those who have filed objections and take necessary steps to resolve the issue, starting from July 23.
Veena Hooda, joint commissioner, Zone-1 of MCG said that they are planning to resolve at least 100 cases every day and the cases are taken by ward wise or colony wise.
Most of the objections are related to wrong calculations, incorrect names and areas, added Veena.
Cases related to areas like Daulatabad village, Daulatabad industrial area, Rajendra Park, Surat Nagar Phase-I will be taken up on July 23.
