Godrej Properties to launch fifth phase of Godrej Garden City soon
The fifth phase of Godrej Garden City (GGC) township is coming up in Ahmedabad by Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), the real estate branch of Godrej group.
It will be spread across 1.8 million sq ft of land having 1,200 to 1,500 units and planning of the sub phases of the project is still on as confirmed by the CEO of Godrej Properties.
Till date 3300 units have been launched in the township, out of which 2900 have been sold.
The company has planned to deliver the 888 units of first phase bookings ahead of the delivery time in September itself.
As of now, per square feet price has increased from Rs 2200 from last two years to Rs 3000 per square feet.
