Greater Noida properties price likely to go up
NCR Planning Board is all set to push the real estate prices in Greater Noida amid indications from developers that they would go for a price revision once the draft gets green signal the board.
While the existing flat owners waiting for possession of properties remain unaffected, new buyers may have to pay at least 15 per cent extra.
According to a developer, the reasons for the price revision are, decrease in demand for housing, recession in the housing industry and rising material costs.
However, developers insist of taking extreme caution in deciding price revision.
Vice-president of confederation of real estate developers association of India (CREDAI), Anil Sharma said that there is a unanimity among the builders about not revising prices of the existing flat owners waiting for possession.
