Gujarat Housing Board draw to be conducted in a month’s time
In the state assembly on Wednesday, it was announced by the state government that the National Informatics Centre would now conduct the draw for houses of the Gujarat Housing Board within a month.

He also revealed that primary investigation into the draw had thrown into focus problems which could be the corruption of data leading to the misbehaviour in the result, because of missing just a step in the whole technical process of short-listing the records.
A draw of lots had been conducted for the 8040 houses that were to be built by the GHB across the state. Draws were held in Ahmedabad, Naranpura, Hathijan and Chainpur. These schemes had been introduced for middle and low income groups. GHB had received a total of 53,763 applications.
