Gurgaon-Faridabad Road seeks importance by realtors
Delhi/NCR: With recent developments of infrastructure on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, it has been considered as the next prime location of the real estate development.
Developments have been taken place in both the residential and commercial units and developers like IREO Group’s Gurgaon Hills, Krrish Group’s Province Estate, Paras Group’s Paras Trade Centre and others are coming up with their projects on this road.
Units like hotels, malls, entertainment and educational zones have been coming up on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road. However, the authorities have also allotted land for SEZ (Special Economic Zone) of about 200 acres.
The current real estate scenario of the area shows various residential and commercial units coming up with a competitive market. Aravalli Hills and the Golf Course Road has also contributed to the realty development. Developers like Ninaniya are coming up with four-star hotel, executive suites and a commercial complex on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road.
Gurgaon-Faridabad Road is the centre of development as this road connects the economic centre of the neighbouring states like Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh along with Surajkund, Damdama Lake, the tourist complex of Sohna, the bird sanctuary of Sultanpur, Agra, Jaipur and other historical places of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
