Gurgaon residents depend on water tankers
Untimely power cuts and scorching heat in the Gurgaon city has resulted in water shortage issues.
However, despite many promises by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) to provide water, residents have to depend on water tankers.
As the heat is increasing, the taps are going dry and upon that the civic body is not providing enough water for their needs.
Now, the residents claim that the body is not supplying enough water tankers to the localities also.
There has been heavy water crisis in E-block of DLF Phase 1 which sometimes go onto 3-4 days. Earlier HUDA used to supply 10000 kl of water which has been reduced to 5000 kl.
